Mr. Lewis Inman's Obituary
Lewis Inman, age 88, of Madison passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at his home. He was born August 22, 1926 in Leipers Fork, TN to the late Matthew and Alscena Inman. Besides his parents, he is also preceded in death by his grandson, Stephan Lewis Inman and sister, Christine Keasp. Lewis is remembered by his family as an avid collector and Entrepreneur. He served his country in the U.S. Navy, during World War II in both the Pacific and Atlantic Theatres.
Lewis is survived by his wife of 68 years, Margaret Ann Inman; children, Danny Inman (Erika), Sandy Herbert (Jack) and Tommy Inman (Tammy); siblings, Jerry Inman, Jimmy Inman, Evelyn Burdette and Betty Rogers-Weinstein; grandchildren, Sonja McGregor (Shane Summers), Angela McIntyre (Noel), Miranda Inman and Matthew Inman; great-grandchildren, Meagan Brown (Ben), Sara McGregor and Emma McIntyre.
A Celebration of life memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Veterans I section of the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery with military honors.
