Mr. Lillard "Wayne" Craighead's Obituary
Mr. Wayne Craighead, age 74, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Wayne was born to Kirk and Cliona (Pate) Craighead on January 30, 1942 in Smith County, Tennessee.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 54 years Janice (Douglas) Craighead, his daughter Donna (Steve) Ingram, two grandsons, Steven Wayne and Peyton Phillip Ingram. In addition, he is survived by his sister-in-law Vickie Douglas (Steven) Proctor, and nephew Chris (Melissa) Jones, and several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm on Friday, January 6, 2017. Services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 in the Chapel at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lifehouse Fellowship Church P.O. Box 9, Joelton, TN 37080. The family would also like to thank the Alive Hospice Staff especially Christy and Erika for their compassionate and loving care.
