Before I begin I want to thank everyone who showed love to my Mimi. All the flowers, memories, hugs, and visits to the memorials were very much appreciated. You have brought a lot of peace to my family and me aswell. It’s so wonderful to hear the memories and see all the people my Mimi affected in her life. With that being said I have a few words I would like to say in her honor.
As you all know, Mimi called Monna and I her angels. We would spend so many days at our Mimi’s eating honey buns for breakfast and sharing endless laughs. My Mimi was always there for me. We would talk to each other about anything and everything. If you know my Mimi, you know she loved to talk, I must get that from her. She was someone I could always go to about anything. Anytime I was sad, scared or mad, she reassured me. She was the most positive God loving woman I’ve ever met in my life. I hope I can be even a piece of good that she was. She cared so much about others and wanted to spread positivity throughout the hearts of anyone she came across. Her favorite holiday was Christmas. Every year she would spoil the crap out of everyone and anytime she got a picture of the family or a sweet card, there would certainly be tears of joy. Her reaction to sentimental things were absolutely priceless. I miss how she would play with my hair and tell me how much she loves me but I still feel her love and I hope you all can too. It was hard to lose my best friend but if anything gives you peace think of this. She loved angels more than anything. Imagine how wonderful she must feel finally being one. She called me and Monna her angels but little did we know, she was our angel all along. I have peace knowing she’s watching over me, but man do I miss my best friend. You’re name will live on. Rest In Peace Linda Faye Allen.

Well when my momma passed away “my other momma called me bawling crying which made me start squalling and I finally said look momma you’ve made my feminine side come out and I don’t like that she busted out laughing said only you could say that but I told her well you know now have be my other momma she started squalling again!!! I said momma no reason to cry now you have a good Scott not the bad one you’ve always had before so laughed and said you crack me up!!! But we talk txt at night and I’d tell her I’ve done to Frazer or call him “which can’t say that!” But she couldn’t wait go work nxt day tell GZ and Frazer,which 10 min later I’d get the cussed out call from Frazer but hear her laughing in background!!! Her only fault if this is one is she didn’t have a mean bone in her body!!! She drove self crazy worrying about everybody else!!! But she was extremely proud of her boys!!! (Talking about me and J!!!!) hahaha but seriously she was very proud of her 2 sons!!! I’m truly gonna miss talking txting and cracking her up!!! So my other momma go get a stud angel fly with find my momma and you 2 CRACK UP over the Scotts the good one and the bad one!!! Love ya Scott (other son) Fitzgerald

Linda quickly became part of our family. Her sense of humor and infectious smile is one like no other. I’m proud to have been in her life and her in mine. She loved her family so much. Linda was my sisters “Mother in Law”. Linda took the in law out however. She was a bonus Mom to Elena. All my love to Jason, Scott my sister Elena and the entire family. I’m certain God needed a new Angel. God Bless.

When I was working in the Hermitage area and had some extra time between calls, I would stop by and say hi to Ms. Linda while she was working at Scott’s House. She would smile soo big and demand a hug! Then she would hit me with plenty of questions to make sure I was being a good boy and doing ok! She was always full of love and will be missed.
I've known Linda and her family all my life. Linda would light up a room whenever she walked in ! Linda always had a great sense of humor and was well loved by everyone who knew her. Can't you imagine the great reunion in Heaven with her parents, Walter and Violet ! Greg Ernsberger
