Mrs. Linda Morton's Obituary

Linda Faye Patricia (Bradford) Morton, age 69, of Nashville, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020. She was born on April 22, 1951 to the late Herman Ewell Bradford and Mary Meboline (Ashley) Bradford.
She enjoyed riding her motorcycle with her husband and traveling the country. Linda was a lady that cherished her family and enjoyed every moment that she was able to spend with them. She always made the most out of life and was able to look at every situation with a smile and a laugh. She had faith in God and was a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of thirty-five years, Hershel Wayne Morton; sisters, Carolyn Teresa Griffin and Peggy Sue Bradford.
She is survived by daughter, Teresa Mendoza (Oscar); son, Hershel Wayne Morton, Jr. (Christy); grand-daughter that was like a daughter, Brittany Hernandez (Bethel); sister, Timmey Gwin Orr; brothers, Orville Raymond Bradford, Herman Ewell Bradford, Jr., Willard Ashley Bradford; grandchildren, Amanda Faye, Gregory Wayne, Even Scott, Patricia Ann, Chase Alexander, Alexandria Elise, Ava Layne, Natalia Yuliana, and Hannah Lee; great-grandchildren, Linda Maria, Leslie Isabel, Rosalie Fawn, Leylani Castaneda, Gregory Steven, Lacey Abagale, Alonzo Landon, Reyes Junior, Alex Ismel, and Michael Allen Joseph; first cousin that was like a brother to her, Oscar Bradford; close friend that was like a sister to her, Mary Leedy; close friend, Hamid Alhamdani. Mrs. Morton is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Linda will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 11 AM until 12:30 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday at 12:30 pm and is limited to family, however the service will be live streamed, and the link provided at the top of the obituary on the day of the service.
