Mrs. Linda Holmes Webster's Obituary
Linda Holmes Webster,73, of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023. Born April 23, 1950, in Nashville, she was the daughter of the late Virgil B. “Bob” Holmes and Grace Downey Holmes.
Linda loved her mother Grace dearly and was devoted to her following the unexpected loss of her father, Bob, at an early age. She was a member of the Two Rivers High School graduating class of 1968. Linda then went on to earn her Master’s Degree from Peabody College in Nashville. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband, Bill. Especially motorcycle trips to Deal’s Gap and Cherchala Skyway. She also enjoyed sharing in her husband’s love of model trains.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bill Webster in 2020.
She is survived by her stepchildren Daniel Webster and Kristen (Daniel) Demaree; sister-in-law Patti Lockhart; step grandchildren Sonya, Sage, Joelle, Jordyn, Nate, Nash, Karis, and Knox; and numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will take place on Monday, August 7, from 11 am until 1 pm. A graveside service will follow at 1 pm in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
