Ms. Lisa Diane Schutt's Obituary
Lisa Diane Schutt, 61, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born on September 7, 1961, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Herman Schutt and Carolyn Hocker Schutt.
Lisa was a Baptist and possessed a strong Christian faith. She loved her family, traveling, good music, good coffee and cooking for those that she loved (especially Thanksgiving). She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother who will be missed dearly.
In addition to her parents, Lisa was preceded in death by her daughters Crystal Gibbs, Ashley Gibbs, and Tiffany Gibbs; husband Richard Gibbs; sister Brenda Bowen; brothers Michael Schutt and Gary Schutt.
She is survived by her son Shane Schutt and his fiancé Kayla Reece; brother Herman Schutt; grandchildren Keith Reece and Kylan Reece; companion Guillermo Ocana Ramirez; dear friend John Hart; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 2 pm on Friday, August 11 at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 pm. Burial will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
