HOWARD, Lucille Mullette died May 31, 2011. Born Memphis, TN. Preceded in death by parents, Marion V. & Bertha D. Mullette, and husband, Burton E. Howard of Clarksville. Survived by son, Barry Howard, granddaughter, Aletia Howard, and sister, Elizabethine M. Gaultney. Mrs. Howard, former resident of Clarksville, was a member of the Woman's Club, DAR, Trinity Episcopal Church and former president of the Auxiliary to the American Optometric Association.
