Ms. Lucille Fayne Teeples' Obituary
Ms. Lucille Fayne Key Teeples, age 85 of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022. She was born on September 4, 1936 in Pea Ridge, Tennessee to the late James Albert Key and James Beatris Gray Key. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter S. Teeples. She is survived by her children Brad Teeples (Vicki), Brett Teeples Overton (Jack), and Beth Helms (Ben), grandchildren Raven Moorehead (Jon) and Chase Teeples, as well as great-grandchildren Ethan and Olivia Moorehead, and a host of loving extended family and friends.
Known as Fayne to family, and Lucille to friends and coworkers, she was loved dearly by those who knew her. Fayne was a happy and friendly person, but still enjoyed her privacy. She made many friends in the community and during her 25 years of work as a sales associate for Sears. She loved sewing, spending time houseboating with family, and playing Rummikub.
A Visitation will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home on Sunday, August 14 from 4pm-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home on Monday, August 15 at 2pm, with the family receiving visitors one hour prior. Entombment in the Serenity Mausoleum of Historic Spring Hill Cemetery will follow.
