Mrs. Madge R. Cioccia's Obituary
Madge R. Cioccia of Nashville, TN passed away on May 12, 2017 in Sumner County. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Stan Cioccia; brothers, Bill Robinson, Eddie Nettles; and sister, Jenna Mae Myers.
She is survived by her son, Paul (Kelly) Cioccia; daughters, Annette Cioccia (Steven) Keel, Lori Cioccia; grandchildren, Kendall (Nikko) Lane, Blakely (Charles) Allmon, Trey (Kacy) Cioccia, Megan (Phil) Knisley, Sarah (Yuri) Tilney-Hawley; and great-grandchildren, Sam, Sophia, Alexa, Amelia, Katie, Savannah, Aniston, Miles, Mason.
Madge was a Girl Scout leader for over 20 years and enjoyed every bit of it. She was involved in several organizations such as Ladies of Charity and Widowed Person Services. Madge spent almost all her life caring for others in one way or another. In her earlier years she was a nurse for several facilities in Nashville, TN. Madge loved crafts and gardening. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 6-8pm. There will be a Rosary service with the family during the visitation at 7pm. A celebration of life Funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 10am.
