Mr. Marc Allen Foulk's Obituary
Mr. Marc Allen Foulk, 29, a resident of Madison, died Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The Nashville, Tennessee native was the son of Jeff McMahon and Teresa Foulk. Marc enjoyed his computer, telling jokes, going to cookouts, fishing, guns, and the Pittsburg Steelers.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sisters, Dakota Blackledge, Deidre Posey, Jessica McMahon, Kayla Hobson; brothers, Dillon Blackledge and Derrick Foulk; his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Ryman; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be conducted Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 12 Noon at Spring Hill Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends Wednesday, June 25, 2014 from 10:00AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
