Maria Oza Gonzales' Obituary
GONZALES, Maria Oza, age 18, passed away November 28, 2009. Preceded in death by her grandfather Augustine Gonzales, Jr., and uncle Augustine Gonzales, II. Maria is survived by her mother Lisa Monet Gonzales; her father Francisco Gonzalez; grandmother Etta Harrington and step grandfather John Grady Harrington; brothers Justin Anthony Gonzales, Zachery Alexander Gonzales, and Francisco Javier Gonzales, Jr.; adopted dad, Ken Bunyard, aunts and uncles, LaRena Gonzales, Dawn Godwin and Michael "Bubba" Denson, Jacqueline and Trey Price, Julie Kelley-Pitts, Jason Pitts, Daniel John Kelley, Nathan Harrington, Lacey Harrington, Nathan Gonzales and Tyrone Gonzales; great aunts and uncles David and Fay Fleicher, Gerald and Karyl Freeman; Darrell and Kathy Wofford; nephew Brailyn Gonzales; sister-in-law Codi Sukovaty, numerous cousins, boyfriend Justin Ferguson, and many loved friends. Maria attended schools in Arkansas, East Hickman, and Dickson, Tennessee prior to moving to Nashville. Maria was a student at the International Academy of Design Technology and worked at Opry Mills. She was a member of Nashville Cowboy Church. Maria was very outgoing, had a nurturing spirit and great sense of humor. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 4, 2009, 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Dr. Harry Yates officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery. Maria's family and close friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Thursday 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216. 615-865-1101.
