Mrs. Marian Keathley Thornton, age 78, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Marian was a loving and doting wife and mother, and a wonderful grandmother. She was very smart and enjoyed solving Sudoku Puzzles. She loved sharing childhood stories with her children and grandchildren and watching hummingbirds from her window. She was also funny, quick witted, and never met a stranger. She was loving and kind to everyone she encountered, and truly devoted her life to others. Marian was many wonderful things, but most of all, she was a fighter. She was strong in the face of so much adversity, and always handled any situation that came her way with grace. She was loved dearly by all who knew her, and will be deeply missed.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 12pm-2pm at Cornerstone Church in Madison, with a Celebration of Life Funeral Service beginning at 2pm.
