Ms. Marian Tuders' Obituary
Ms. Marian “Jo-Jo” Tuders, age 68 of Nashville, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Dovie Tuders, her brother James Cecil Tuders, and her sister Nora Davis Deal. She is survived by her children Anthony Tuders (Tammy), Stephanie Haskins (Thomas), and Tim Tuders (Karen), her brother Irvin “Bo” Tuders Jr. (Debra), and her sisters Janice Tuders (David) and Peggy Haywood (Doris). She is also survived by seven beautiful grandchildren, three precious great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Jo-Jo was a one of a kind lady. She was independent, outspoken, didn’t mind telling you what was on her mind, and if she happened to not like you, well – let’s just say you would know. That wasn’t a very common occurrence though, as Jo-Jo was one of the most caring, loving, and giving people you could ever meet. She had such a giving heart that if she saw someone in need, she would do whatever she could to help, even if it meant that she would be going without. She was an amazing mom and grandma, and she loved her family fiercely. She especially loved spending time with her friends and watching her grandchildren play sports. She loved flowers and the outdoors. Her favorite hobbies included cooking, camping, fishing, drinking coffee and watching her Soap Operas. Jo-Jo was loved so dearly by all her friends and family and will be missed very much by all.
A visitation will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home on Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 4pm to 8pm and again on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 1pm to 2pm. A celebration of life funeral service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at 2pm in the Spring Hill Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery to follow.
