Mario Louis Fusco Jr.'s Obituary
Mario Louis Fusco, Jr., 79, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025. He was born February 16, 1945, in Bronx, New York.
Mario was a loving and devoted husband, stepfather, uncle, and grandfather. His lifelong career in accounting began at the original Tiffany’s Jewelers in New York and brought him all over the country. Eventually settling in Tennessee, he married Margaret “Dede” Fusco. He was an avid, award-winning bowler and a lifelong sports fan, always rooting for his beloved Titans, Yankees, and Giants. A friend to all, his bright spirit, kindness, and eternal optimism will be forever missed by those who knew him and loved him.
Mario was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Margaret “Dede” Fusco; his sister, Patricia Ann Fusco; his father, Mario Louis Fusco, Sr.; and his mother, Gloria R. Fusco.
Mario is survived by his three stepsons Richard DuBois, Christopher DuBois, and David DuBois, their wives, Caroline DuBois, Trina DuBois, Magda Underdown-DuBois, and their children, Rosabelle DuBois, Rowan DuBois, Alexa DuBois, and Liam DuBois, his nieces and nephews, Danielle Francabandiero, Eddie Francabandiero, Jeremy Francabandiero, Michele French, Glennis Swinson, Christine Gill, Michael Gill, and Danny Fusco. He will also be remembered by Charles DuBois, whom he called family.
Friends and family will gather on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Madison, Tennessee, to visit from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. An informal time of memory sharing will take place at 11:30 during the visitation. Entombment at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery will take place immediately following, where he will join his beloved Dede to rest.
