Marion Janelle Gervickas' Obituary
Marion Janelle Gervickas, 93, of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022. Born December 20, 1928, in Sparta, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Lester Boone Hudgens and Virgie Mae Coatney.
She was a retired Administrative Assistant with Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Marion loved serving the lord and conducted mission work in Africa and South America. She attended First Church of the Nazarene here in Nashville. She loved playing the piano and crocheting in her spare time.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson Brandon Marable and her siblings Richard, Hubert, Virginia and Jean.
She is survived by her children Lynnette Knox, Maury (Betsy) Gervickas, Diane Marable, Sheila Clifford, Kathleen Harper and Keith Gervickas; grandchildren Tiffany, Matthew, Bethany, Ashley, Lindsey, Rachel, Stacey and Ryan.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville from 10 AM until 2 PM. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service conducted by Pastor Jack Galloway officiating will take place at the funeral home at 2 PM. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Nashville.
