Ms. Marissa Renee Mubarez's Obituary
Marissa Renee Mubarez, 28, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee. Marissa was born on January 24, 1992 in Nashville, Tennessee to the Jason Mubarez and Tasha Cartwright Mubarez.
Marissa was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and friend. She worked at the Margaret Maddox Family YMCA. Family meant the world to her and she loved her children more than anything. She was known as the peacemaker in her family. She enjoyed being outside in nature and around the water. She was an animal lover (especially cats) who was known to bring in stray animals, even ones she didn’t necessarily like.
She is survived by parents Tasha (Brandon Medley) Mubarez and Jason Mubarez; sons Malikie Gammons, Isaiah Gammons, and Ronnin Blackwell; brother Jayden Mubarez; fiancé Trey Blackwell; father of her children Malikie and Isaiah, Eric Gammons.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2020 from 5-7 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
