Mrs. Marjorie B. Elmer's Obituary
Marjorie Ball Elmer, age 93, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020. Marjorie was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma the daughter of George and Clara (Milligan) Ball both of whom preceded her in death.
Marjorie graduated from the William Woods College in Missouri with an associate’s degree in business. She spent many years as a homemaker in her own home and also enjoyed singing in the church choir. She was a devoted mother and wife, she endured the officer’s wives club.
Marjorie is survived by her children Kathy Elmer and William B. Elmer (Lori Ann). She is also survived by her granddaughter Kendall Ganus and her great grandson Dimitri Edmonds.
She was preceded in death by her husband William R. Elmer and her son Thomas Elmer.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery at 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216. Marjorie’s funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 11:30 AM in the Spring Hill Chapel with Rev. Roger Eakin officiating. Burial will take place in the historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
