Mrs. Martha Jacqueline “Jackie” Epley, a beloved resident of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on May 2nd, 2024. She was born on February 1st, 1938, in Nashville to Charles and Martha Hahn.
Jackie was known for her warm heart and unwavering love for her family. She took immense pride in her role as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her eyes would light up whenever she spoke about her family, and her joy was contagious. Jackie’s legacy lives on through the generations she touched.
In her younger years, Jackie had a passion for dancing. Whether it was a lively waltz or a spirited jitterbug, she would glide across the dance floor with grace and enthusiasm. Her love for dance brought joy to those around her, and she created lasting memories with every twirl.
Martha Jacqueline Epley will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kindness, love, and zest for life will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in peace.
In addition to her parents, Jackie is preceded in death by her grandson John Epley, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband John William Epley; children Karen Epley, Steve (Denise) Epley, and Jennifer (Steve) Landress; grandchildren Lexi Epley and Rachel Davis; great-grandchildren Trinity, Christian, Ryker, Lilith, Arius, and Skyren; and many dear friends.
The family invites guests and relatives for a time of visitation on Monday, May 6th, 2024, from 12:00 in the afternoon until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 in the afternoon, with burial to follow at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216. All are welcome.
