Mrs. Martha "Lynn" Fuson's Obituary
Mrs. Martha “Lynn” Bradley Fuson, age 91 of Nashville, Tennessee was called home on Wednesday March 22, 2023 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by family. She was born on August 25, 1931 in Nashville to the late John and Ruth Bradley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Ray Fuson, Sr. and her siblings Marie Reid, Charles E. Bradley, Bobbie Richardson, and John “Ronnie” Bradley. She is survived by her sons Charles Ray Fuson, Jr. (Debbie), Benjamin Bradley Fuson, Sr. (Paula), and David Ronald Fuson, her grandchildren Sarah Aufdenkampe (Steven), Jadie Lee Fuson (Eryn), Micah Ray Fuson (Michelle), and Benjamin “BJ” Fuson, Jr., and great-grandchildren Harris and Lucy Aufdenkampe and Chief and Cadence Fuson.
Lynn was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and Christian. She was a natural caregiver, loving on and raising her boys, and for a time she fostered fifteen children at Happy Hills Boys Ranch. Later she drove a Special Education school bus for Nashville Metro Public Schools for over twenty years. She was a faithful member of Kemper Heights Church of Christ and loved The Lord. She read her Bible every day, even at age 91.
The Fuson family invites relatives and friends to join in a time of visitation and remembrance at Spring Hill Funeral Home on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 2pm-6pm. On Monday, March 27, 2023, a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home at 10am, with the family receiving visitors one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
