Mrs. Mary Lou Allen's Obituary
Mrs. Mary Lou Allen, age 89, passed away December 4, 2015. She was a strong Christian lady, loving mother and grandmother, Sunday school teacher, long-time member of the church of Christ, and devoted wife to her husband of 69 years, William C. Allen who precedes her in death. She is survived by her daughters, Cherry Lynn (Ralph) Kidd, Ginger Lou (Ken) Wilson, and Crystal Leigh (Russell) Tarpley; son William Clark (Judy) Allen; grandchildren, Jennifer (Joel) Butler, Nicholas (Leah) Wilson, Amy (Tommy) Qualls, Courtney Tarpley, Connor Tarpley, Jake Allen and Jeb Allen; great-grandchildren, Ashlynn Butler, Bella Butler, Allie Wilson, Elijah Wilson, Maya Wilson, Isaiah Wilson, Savannah Qualls, and Logan Qualls.
Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, 10:00 a.m until her Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by Bro. Jim Olive. Active pallbearers will be Jake Allen, Jeb Allen, Connor Tarpley, Joel Butler, Nick Wilson, and Tommy Qualls. Interment will be in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216, 615-865-1101.
