Mary Jane Clark-Pyron's Obituary
Mary Jane Clark-Pyron, age 79, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017. Mary was born to Herbert and Mary Lou (Harvell) Clark on October 19, 1937 in Old Hickory, Tennessee.
Our mom and mamaw was full of life and lived each day to the fullest. Her personality was a colorful as the bright pink lipstick and nail polish she wore. Mary enjoyed the fellowship with the ladies in her life group at Long Hollow Baptist Church. Mary loved to shop and travel but her biggest love was her family and faith.
Mary was a proud graduate of Litton High School Class of 1956.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Wayne Pyron, daughter Lisa Pyron, granddaughter Jennifer Dixon, sister Martha Faye Wright, and brother Sam Briggs.
Mary is survived by her daughters Pam Dixon and Gail (Mike) Davenport, grandchildren Jason (Jennifer) Oeser, Ashley Dixon-Denney (Brandon Wayne), Trent Dixon, Jessica Davenport, Amber Davenport, and Blake Robertson. In addition, she is survived by 5 great-grandchildren; Gracelynn Denney, Jacob Oeser, Mason Denney, Anslee Oeser, and Draper Wayne. Also surviving Mary is her sisters Ruth Griffin and Reba McMahon.
Pallbearers are: Jason Oeser, Trent Dixon, Blake Robertson, Jacob Oeser, Mason Denney, Mike Davenport, Wayne Wright, David Griffin and Dale Pyron. Honorary Pallbearers are The loving staff at Fresenius Dialysis Clinic, Dr. Felix Adetunji, Dr. David Harrom, The Chosen Ministry Life Group of Long Hollow Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 2pm-8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will continue the following day beginning at 10am. Services are scheduled for 12pm on Monday, May 1, 2017 in the Chapel at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at the Mausoleum in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
