Mrs. Mary L. Crawford's Obituary
Mary “Mee-Maw” Crawford passed peacefully on February 2, 2017 in Hendersonville TN at the age of 77.
Mary is survived by her sister, Betty Sue Bartlett, her son, Randy Frey (Emily), her daughter, Jolie Frey Wood, her grandchildren, Jereme Frey, Rea Frey Holguin (Alex), Justin Wood, great-granddaughter Sophie Holguin and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father Bryant Young, her mother Thelma Green, her brothers Jimmy, Tommy and Mike Young, loving spouses Duane Frey & Bill Crawford and granddaughter Maeghan Frey.
Mary was born on April 30, 1939 in Springfield, Tennessee to Bryant and Thelma Young. She married Duane Frey, in the mid 1950s. After Duane’s death, she married Bill Crawford, in 1972.
Mary loved and was loved and lived life to the fullest on her own terms. She will be missed.
A celebration of life service will be held at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN. Celebration will take place on Tuesday, February 7, 2016 at 11AM. Visitation with the family will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville TN On Monday from 4-8pm.
