Mrs. Mary Flora Lyons' Obituary
Mary Flora Lyons of Nashville, TN passed away on April 26, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her loving parents, James and Mary Harrison; son, MacCell Lyons; and daughter, Ronesa Lyons.
She is survived by sons, Joseph L. (Rita) Williams, Kenneth Lyons, Willard Lyons, Charlie Thomas Lyons, Joe L. Williams; daughter, Lisa Williams; grandchildren, Sameka Hill, Jameia Buchanan Henderson, Sharmeia Buchanan, Lakenya, Lyons, Le’Torreia Buchanan, Tavarus Smith, Azon Smith, Hydeia Buchanan, Joe Samuels, Alesia Smith, Joseph Williams Jr., MacCell Williams, Terrence Buchanan, Joe L. Smith, Kiki Bassham, Lamonte Rucker, Joquecia Williams, Wilishia Lyons; and a host of great-grandchildren and close friends.
Mary was a kind, caring and compassionate woman. She enjoyed watching her tv shows and blues music. Mary was a thoughtful woman who loved her family dearly. She was a wonderful cook and adored her family gatherings. Mary was a special woman who touched the lives of everyone she met, she will truly be missed.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 4pm to 8pm at Spring Hill Funeral home. A celebration of life Funeral Ceremony will take place on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1pm with visitation 10am to 1pm prior.
