Mrs. Mary Musgrave's Obituary
Mary Venita (Tyree) Musgrave, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Mary was born on November 23, 1925 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Ernest Gibson Tyree and Nell Leonard Tyree.
Mrs. Musgrave was one of the original Mother’s Day Out Teachers at Riverwood Church of Christ, being the only teacher that started when it opened and retired when it closed. She was active in the church Love Bears Program. She cherished greatly her family and the life that she was blessed with. She was a member of the Riverwood Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Musgrave.
Mary is survived by daughters, Lisa Musgrave and Linda Richardson (Craig); son, Ross Musgrave (Shannon); grandchildren, Lacey Egolf (Kevin), Miranda Richardson, Sarah Toler (Clay), Amanda Smith (Nathan); and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017 at 11 AM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Dustin Welch officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 4 PM until 8 PM at the funeral home with an additional visitation on Monday from 9 AM until the time of service at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
