Mrs. Mary Evelyn Reeves' Obituary
Mary Evelyn Reeves, age 62 of Old Hickory, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Reeves, Sr.; brothers, John Lindsey and Willard Lindsey, Jr. She is survived by her son, Lawrence Reeves, Jr.; daughters, Nicole Reeves, Kelly (Stevon) Actis and Tammy Putty; brothers, Jimmy Lindsey and Harvey Lindsey; sister, Bessie (Odell) Estes and Novella Farmer; grandchildren, Crystal Putty (Jay Van Winkle), Sara, Sean, Savannah, Kaitlyn and Karalyn Actis; great grandchild, Madison Van Winkle. Her family will receive friends from 4 p.m until 8 p.m. on Monday, January 5 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Her Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to Spring Hill Funeral Home.
