We lit a candle for Aunt Mary Ellen. She was my recipe buddy. I treasure all the School/ Church Cookbooks she sent me. I think of her every time I use them (which is often). Will bake an Angel Food Cake in her honor. She was a beautiful, kind and thoughtful lady.
