MAYHUGH, Matthew Landon; Age 4 of Cottontown, Tennessee passed away May 10, 2011, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his mom and dad, Randy Lee Mayhugh Jr. and Taralee Gallant Mayhugh; brothers, Braiden and Dayton and twin sister Brooklyn; aunt, Amanda Leeann Stevens; uncles, Gonzalo Meza, Chad Gallant and Jonathan Mayhugh; grandmothers, Patricia Ratterree and Brenda Lee Gallant; grandfather, Garry Edward Gallant; and a host of extended family and friends. Matthew was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Randy Lee Mayhugh Sr. The family wishes to express their appreciation and love for Matthew’s doctors, nurses and caregivers: Dr. Eidson (PCP), Dr. Jabbs, Linda Goodwin (Lifelong Nurse), Mae Bradshaw, Jennifer Templeton, Teresa Springer, and Stacy Howell, as well as Maxim Healthcare. Private services will be held in honor of his short but profound life.
