Maxine Johnson's Obituary
Maxine Holman Johnson, age 81, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020, no longer bound by Alzheimer’s but present with the Lord. She is preceded in death by her parents, Craig and Rose Evelyn Holman of Brodhead, Kentucky. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Johnson, three sons, Mark, Steve (Camelia) and Jonathan Johnson (Heather), her sister, Clara Faye Hawkins of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, and her grandchildren Javier, Tatyana, Sage and Zane. She was a nurse, and an example of kindness and gentleness to her family, and everyone she met. She loved the mountains, beach, and flowers, and her family. Visitation and funeral will be held on December 14, 2020 at Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead, Kentucky where she was born. “Then Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today (December 3, 2020) you will be in paradise with Me”” (Luke 23:39-43).
