Melinda "Mellie" or "Meme" Perry's Obituary
Melinda “Mellie” or “Meme” Perry, 76, of Springfield, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sue and J.E. Perry.
She is survived by her sisters, Bobbie Etheridge and Lana Snapp, nieces and nephews, David Etheridge (Karen), Misty Bratten, Kimberly Bratten, Matthew Bratten and Lana Lynn Bratten, Norma Waters, Ginger Snapp and Lonnie Norton, 12 great-nieces and nephews, numerous relatives and friends.
Melinda was known for her unwavering love for animals and her infectious sense of humor. Her friends and family remember her as the person who could find humor even in the darkest of moments. Melinda’s witty remarks and playful banter brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had a knack for turning mundane situations into hilarious anecdotes, leaving her loved ones in stitches.
The family cordially invites relatives and friends to visit and share stories on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from twelve o’clock in the afternoon until the time of the Celebration of Life service at two o’clock in the afternoon at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville.
