Mildred L. Carr's Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Mildred L. Carr on December 1st, 2022 in Ashland City, Tennessee. She was born on August 8th, 1928 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee to Floyd Sandusky and Anna Wunner Sandusky.
Mildred was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Her presence will be missed dearly by those she leaves behind to cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her beloved husband William Andrew Carr, daughter-in-law Brenda Carr, son-in-law John Sanders, and great-grandson Devin Bowker. She is survived by her children Dennis Carr, David (Debbie) Carr, and Judy Sanders; grandchildren Brian (Wendy) Fisher, Tony (Cindy) Bowker, Christopher (Mary) Carr, Lindsey (Roger) Sanders, and Brittany (Adam) May; great-grandchildren Hannah Wright, Andrew Fisher, Dustin Bowker, Cole Graves, Alex Carr, and Henry May; and a host of extended family and close friends.
A cryptside service will take place on Monday, December 5th, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Serenity Mausoleum in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Guests are advised to meet at the funeral home lobby around 12:30 and to follow the funeral director in procession to the mausoleum.
