Mollie Orene Clark's Obituary
Mrs. Orene Clark-age 95 passed away after a brief, but courageous fight with acute myeoblastic leukemia. She was a lifetime member of Inglewood Baptist Church. She was born in Alpine, TN to the late Frank C. Linder and Minnie Crawford. She was married to Harold D. Clark for 67 wonderful years, who preceded her in death in 1999. Mrs. Clark is survived by her 6 children, Ronald (Lois) Clark, Buddy (Nancy) Clark, Geraldine (Bill) Thompson, Norma (Mickey) Filson-Rychen, Ray (Wilma) Clark, Patsy (Carl) Meadows, one sister Maxine Thompson, 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Active pallbearers are Mike Clark, Brian Clark, Bruce Clark, Steve Clark, Jeff Filson, Chuck and Greg Thompson. The family would like to give thanks to the staff of Sterling House, specifically; Amanda Spencer, Art Mullins, Cynthia Peqeues, Cherie Kennedy, Kelly Logan, Lisa Spurlock, and caretaker Brenda Merritt. The family will hold a visitation from 4-8PM on Thursday, August 4, 2011. Brother James Chatham and Dr. James Ryan will be officiating the funeral ceremony on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 11AM with interment to follow in Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery 5110 Gallatin Pike Nashville TN 37216. 615-865-1101
