Monica Len Blackwell's Obituary
Monica Len Blackwell, 48 of Nashville passed away peacefully at her home on April 30, 2011. Monica is survived by her mother Joanna Henderson Blackwell and father Tommy (Betty) Blackwell Sr., brother Tom Blackwell Jr., aunt Carolyn Davis , uncles Don and Charles Blackwell, beloved nephews, Adam and Brett Blackwell. She will be missed by loving pet Punkums. Monica was a 1980 graduate of Father Ryan High School. Visitation will be on Tuesday May 3, 2011 from 4-8PM and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday; Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday May 4, 2011 at 10AM at Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery. Interment to follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
