Mrs. Clara "Lucille" Baxter's Obituary
Kenneth and Clara “Lucille” Baxter passed away May 1, 2014. They were married for over 53 years and are survived by three loving children, Kelvin Baxter, Curtis Sims (Maxine), and Kathey Seaborn; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. They were longtime members of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. Kenneth proudly served his country in the U.S. Airforce. He later went to barber school and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Clara was a homemaker and great cook for her family. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2014, 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Family will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Monday 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
