Mrs. Myrtle Burt's Obituary
Myrtle Ann Burt, age 83, passed away on Thurs., Oct. 25, 2018 in Nashville, TN. Myrtle Ann was born on Jan.11, 1935 in Nashville to the late Ben and Alta Mae Johnson.
Myrtle Ann thoroughly enjoyed playing cards and she enjoyed participating in Rook tournaments with her friends. She was a member of the Little Creek Community Center and the Trinity Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church. She cherished her family and the life that she had been blessed with.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband of sixty-four years, Charles Burt, Sr.
Myrtle Ann is survived by daughters, Jackie Adcock (Charlie) and Teresa Sisco (Mike); son, Charles Burt, Jr. (Dawn); sisters, Ellen Maynard and Betty Hunter; grandchildren, Stephanie Hamilton (Bobby), Chuck Adcock (Erin) and Danielle Bentley (David); great-grandchildren, Michael Bentley, Aaron Bentley and Haylie Hamilton. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sat., Oct. 27, 2018 from 4-8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with an additional visitation held on Sun., from 12-8PM and on Mon., from 10 AM until the time of service at 1 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be; Mike Sisco, Charlie Adcock, Chuck Adcock, Bobby Hamilton, Jr. and Aaron Bentley.
