Mrs. Myrtle Miller LeRoy's Obituary
Mrs. Myrtle Miller LeRoy, age 91, passed away February 8, 2020. She was born on July 30, 1928 in Wilkes County, Georgia to the late William Luther and Marie Miller. She graduated from Wilkes County High School and then met the love of her life, Lance LeRoy.
Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Lance; her parents; four brothers and one sister. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lanny LeRoy (Melanie); grandchildren Blake Lansing LeRoy and Christa Marie Johnson (Jason); great-granddaughters Riley Anne and Hannah Elizabeth Johnson.
Mrs. LeRoy was an executive assistant throughout her career and member of Bluegrass Baptist Church where she had taught adult Sunday School. She loved gardening and being outdoors. Her family and faith were the two most important things in her life.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 13, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home with visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Memorial Contributions in her honor may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4825 Trousdale Drive, Suite 220, Nashville, TN 37220.
