Mrs. Nancy Somerton's Obituary
Nancy Jenkins Somerton, age 87, passed away on December 24, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, George R. and Emma Smith Jenkins, and her husband Michael Somerton. Nancy was born May 26, 1933 in Goodlettsville, TN and graduated from Goodlettsville High School in 1951. She is survived by daughters Sherry Nash, Kathy Rogers, Gail (David) Sircy, and Carole Hoel, stepson Vernon (Karen) Somerton; and by grandchildren Shelley (Gary) Hill, Jeremy Nash, Laura Nash, Adam (Candace) Woodard, Sarah Woodard, Ashley Shanks, Margot (Adam) Driver, Christopher (Brittany) Hoel, Chelsea (Andrew) Meyer, Will & Karlie Somerton, and great-grandchildren Evan Woodard, Hunter Meadows, Lilly, Abram, & Violet Driver, Titus & Ezra Hoel, Ayvah Brown, Kayley Jones, and Jaxon & Silas Meyer. She is also survived by brothers George R. and Edward H. Jenkins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 11:30 am at the Goodlettsville Southern Methodist Church (300 Draper Circle, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
