I loved Norene Forrester. She was my family's next door neighbor during my junior high/high school years. Her beautiful smile and loving ways drew our families together. We knew we could call on them anytime of the day or night and they would be there and vice versa. She often gave my sister and I babysitting jobs and later hired me to work for her husband's furniture and rug business. She had a way of making you feel special in her presence. I am blessed to have known such a great lady.
