Mr. Norman Eugene Craft's Obituary
Norman Eugene Craft, age 70 of Hermitage, passed away April 25, 2013. Mr. Craft was born February 1, 1943 in Nashville, TN to Lee Roy and Vallie Mae Garrett Craft.
Mr. Craft worked as a printer with Baird Ward Printing and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He had a passion for traveling, especially going on cruises or anywhere tropical. A loving husband, father and grandfather, his family was the center of his life, whether socializing or attending his grandson’s games. Early in life, he was an avid basketball player and enjoyed spending time at the gym.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Estle Craft and sister, Geraldine Reese. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Geri; daughter, Jennifer (Allen) James and his grandson, Andrew; brother, Randall (Betty) Craft; sisters, Lura Skalka, Jan Malik and Sandra (Jim) Annable.
A celebration of Mr. Craft’s life will be conducted at 11 A.M., Monday, April 29, 2013 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. until 6 P.M. on Sunday, April 28, 2013 and from 10 A.M. until 10:45 AM, Monday at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
