Norman Elvin Pauley's Obituary
Norman Elvin Pauley, 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14th, 2026.
Norman was born on September 28, 1934 in Charleston, WV, to his parents Tivis and Lora Pauley. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years Martha (Harrison) Pauley, foster-daughter, Tina Warpool, and grandson, Matthew Pauley.
Norman is survived by his family, his son, Norman Wayne Pauley; daughter, Kay Bayliss (Tom); son, Bill Pauley (Lisa); foster-daughters, Janice Meadows (Kim), Connie Zimmerle (David); grandchildren, Andrea (Mike), Brett, Joel (JoAnna), Morgan (Martin), Thomas, Nathan, Logan (Autumn), Rachel (Branson); great-grandchildren Braden, Addison, Ethan, Skylar, Joshua, Juliana, and Carter; and several nieces and nephews.
In honor of Mr. Pauley, the family is inviting everyone to wear black and gold to represent his love for Vanderbilt University.
