Pamela Jean Bryan's Obituary
Pamela Jean Osborne Bryan, 65, passed away on October 19, 2024.
Pam was born on January 29, 1959 in Nashville, Tennessee to John Milton and Maxine Penick Osborne.
Pam is survived by husband, Kerry Bryan; son, John Bryan; daughters, Jennifer and Stefanie Bryan; granddaughter, Erin Bryan-Biggs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maxine Penick and John Milton Osborne and brother, Steve Osborne (Hilda).
Pam cared most about her children and her much loved and spoiled granddaughter Erin. After a school carpool accident left John with paralysis and a brain injury, she became active in TBI – Traumatic Brain Injury and spinal injury support groups. She was on two occasions the Executive Director of the Brain Injury Association of Tennessee as well as having a leadership role in the Middle Tennessee Epilepsy Foundation. Pam went from being a shy mother and housewife to traveling the state for BIAT, speaking at conferences and reaching out to help survivors of TBI and their caregivers. She was aware that her health issues were shortening her time on earth and was overjoyed when Erin arrived to be cuddled and spoiled.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
