Mrs. Pauline Midgett's Obituary
Pauline Watkins Midgett, age 88, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Pauline was born on January 19, 1929 in Sumner County, Tennessee to the late Calvin Hubert Watkins and Claris (Stinson) Watkins.
Pauline enjoyed keeping up with some of her family and friends via Facebook. She especially enjoyed photography, crafts, sewing, painting and quilting. She can be described as very a creative and talented lady of class and dignity. She cherished her family and the life that she was given. Pauline was a longtime member of the Madison First Baptist Church.
Pauline is survived by her loving husband of seventy-two years, Ezra D. Midgett; daughter, Sherryl Midgett; son, Randy Midgett and wife, Teresa; brother, Cal Watkins and wife, Kaye; grandchildren, Kristen McCarter and husband, Brian, Lisa Jernigan and husband, James; great-grandchildren, Shelby Jernigan and Hunter Jernigan. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 11 AM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home with Barry Davis officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with an additional visitation on Tuesday, 10 AM until 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
