Mrs. Peggy Jones Tate's Obituary
Peggy Jones Tate, age 83, passed away December 2, 2016. Preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Robert Virgle Tate. She is survived by her son Kenny (Shea) Tate, granddaughter Casey; brother William Jones; sisters Mary Watson, Evelyn (Kyle) Smith; brother-in-law Jesse (Carolyn) Tate; sister-in-law, Evelyn (Ted) Coleman and several nieces and nephews.
Peggy worked many years at Vanderbilt Medical Center and was a longtime member Jackson Park and Riverwood Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 8, 2016, 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Olive officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Thursday 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216, 615-865-1101.
