Mr. Phillip Powell's Obituary

Phillip Morgan Powell, age 38, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 in Nashville. Phillip was born in Madison on August 20, 1982.
Phillip was employed by ABEC Electric as an Electrician and was an instructor at the ABC Trade School. He can be remembered for enjoying anything that gave him an adrenalin rush, such as going skydiving and riding rollercoasters. Nothing brought him any greater joy than spending time with his family, especially his three sons Isaac, Jaakan, Josiah, and his wife, Kaeleigh. He was a member of the New Life Apostolic Church in Nashville.
He is survived by his wife of fourteen years, Kaeleigh (Warner) Powell; sons, Isaac Morgan Powell, Jaakan Anthony Powell, and Josiah David Powell; parents, David and Connie (Stroud) Powell; brothers, David Powell, and Guy Powell (Lauren) and their children, Noah Powell, Harper Powell, and Crewe Powell; father and mother-in-law, John and Cheri Warner; sister-in-law, Hannah Warner. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2021 from 4-8 pm at the New Life Apostolic Church (4712 Clarksville Pike Nashville, TN 37218) and on Monday, January 4, 2021 from 11am – 1 pm at the church. A celebration service of Phillip’s life will take place on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 1 pm at the church with Pastor Nathan Batson officiating. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
*Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, at the church, we will be observing all social distancing and mask guidelines set forth by our local government. Friends and visitors will need to social distance, as required, with masks on. For respect of the family and visitors, the funeral directors request that no food be brought to the church for the family.
