Pring Nhep, 88, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023. He was born May 10, 1935, in Cambodia.
Pring was a man of few words. He was a friendly person and loved by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife Nara Chan; daughters Sokha Nhep Lou and her husband William Lou, Sokhan Nhep and her partner Adam Henley, Sokul Nhep and her partner Gregory Poindexter, and Sara Nhep and her partner Anthony Sharpe; grandchildren Anna Lou, Aaron Lou, Khyuan Nhep, Malea Henley, Ethan Henley, Jashell Tyus, and Corey Tyus.
Visitation will be on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 11 am until 1:30 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Service officiated by Pastor Khem Sam will take place at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adam Henley, Gregory Poindexter, Anthony Sharpe, Khyuan Nhep, Aaron Lou, and Corey Tyus. William Lou will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
Anyone attending is asked to wear either black or emerald green if they are able to.
