Mr. R. Steve Hunter's Obituary
Hunter, R. Steve, age 58, of Nashville, passed away on August 28, 2013. Mr. Hunter worked as a route salesman for G& K Services for over forty years. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie Hunter, and his nephew, Matthew George. Mr. Hunter is survived by his father, Roy Hunter; step-mother, Patsy Chesnut Hunter; brother, Michael Hunter; sister, Janice (Bill) George; step-brothers, Alvin (Shari) Chesnut and Jerry Chesnut; step-granddaughter, Brittany Winters, nieces, Emily (Ashley) Mofield and Amy (Neill) Unland; nephew, W. Andrew (Aundrea) George; as well as several great-nephews and great-nieces and other beloved family members, many friends and the Donelson Pub gang. A Celebration of Life for Mr. Hunter will take place at 1pm on Saturday, August 31, 2013, in the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, with Ashley Mofield officiating. Pallbearers include: Benny Batts, Marty Sharer, Dennie Hull, George Callis, Johnny Jackson, Bill Huttinger, Steve Cook, and Sonny White. The family will receive friends from 1pm until 8 pm on Friday, August 30, 2013.
