Mr. Ralph Emerson Dano, MSgt. USAF, Retired's Obituary
Ralph Emerson Dano, Master Sergeant, USAF Retired, age 91, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014.
He was born October 10, 1922 in Thousand Island Park, NY to Harvey Albert and Grace Irving Packer Dano. He is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, four sisters, and beloved wife of 70 years, Louise Smith Dano.
He is survived by daughter, Katherine (Gary) Luttjohann; son, Douglas R. (Lois) Dano; granddaughters, Kristen L. Dano and Heather N. Chance and great-granddaughter, Jubilee M. Hinton.
A celebration of Mr. Dano’s life will be conducted on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Lancaster officiating. The Dano family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 11 A.M. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery with full military honors.
