Mr. Raymond (E.R.) Hunt's Obituary
Mr. Raymond (E.R.) Hunt, age 76, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016. Mr. Hunt was born to Raymond and Anna Rhea (Tunks) Hunt on December 28, 1939 in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Raymond graduated from Bowling Green High School. He also is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and MTSU. Raymond retired from NEC Lithographics Nashville Printing Services. Raymond served his country as a Marine from 1963-1968. Raymond had a deep love for his family, country, art and bluegrass music.
Raymond is preceded in death by his first wife, Virginia Goodwin Bates Hunt; his parents; and sisters, Marsha Hunt and Jean Hunt Lockhart.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Faye Huffines Hunt; son, William Raymond (Sherryn) Hunt; stepsons, Mike (Reba) Huffines, Pat (Denise) Huffines, Patrick (Joann) Bate; step-grandchildren, Michael B. (Adelene) Huffines, Ethan H. (Caroline) Huffines, Ashlee Huffines, J.R. (Leah) McNeese, Larry (Crissy) McNeese, and Sadie Bates; 11 step great-grandchildren In addition, Raymond is survived by his sister, Judy Hunt Harris; his aunt, Edna Tunks Hellmontaller; his brother-in-law, Jim Lockhart; nieces, Marianne (Chris) Patton and Laura (Mike) Lico; nephews, Wade Harris and Matthew (Heidi) Harris.
Visitation will be held on August 23, 2016, from 3pm to 7pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St., Nashville, TN or to the Disabled American Veterans.
