Mr. Reed Wood's Obituary
Mr. Reed Wood, age 77, of Nashville, TN passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015. He was born June 8, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan to the late James and Katherine Wood. Besides his parents, he is also preceded in death by his son, Robbie Wood and sister, Donna Smith . Reed enjoyed Yard sale and Flea Market shopping. He was an avid traveler and loved a good bite to eat. Mr. Reed was a medic in the Army and a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce ; sons, Mark(Charlene) Taylor and Freeman (Dori) Bivens ; daughters, Libby, Michelle and Sue Davidson; 13 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
A celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Graveside and Military honors will be held after the service at the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Spring Hill on April 12th & April 13th from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m.
