Mrs. Regina Renee Smith, age 43, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. She was born on March 30, 1977 in Nashville, Tennessee. She is survived by her loving husband of 11 years, Richard Smith, her son Michael Caldwell, her grandchildren Isaiah King and Aubree Caldwell, her parents Debra Duncan (Michael) and Rick Caldwell, her sisters Kim Caldwell and Melissa Blair, brothers Charlie Caldwell and Tommy Brakefield, grandfather Charles Street, uncle Ken Street, aunt Pam Bagwell, and several nieces and nephews.
Regina was one of a kind. She was loving, sarcastic, and you never had to wonder what she was thinking. She was spunky, told it like it was, and everyone who knew her loved her for it. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, as well as shopping. Regina was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
A visitation will be held from 4-8pm on Thursday, May 14 at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will take place and be Live Streamed at 1pm on Friday, May 15 in the Spring Hill Funeral Home Chapel, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Spring Hill Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final care of Mrs. Smith. 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37216. “Where Nashville Comes to Remember.”
