Richard Hulen Parr's Obituary
Richard Hulen Parr, Jr., 65, passed away June 23, 2009 after an extended illness. He was born February 28, 1944 to the late Dr. Richard Hulen Parr and Eunice Squires Parr. He is survived by his daughter, Katherine Cupec, son-in-law Shawn Cupec, granddaughters Courtney and Tiffany Cupec, his brother, William Parr, his sister, Alice Parr and his aunt, Dorothy Meuwly. Richard attended Isaac Litton High School and Vanderbilt University. He was a retired computer systems analyst, and formerly designed, built and maintained hospital communication systems. A funeral service will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery on Saturday June 27, 2009 at 10 a.m. and burial will follow. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday, June 25, 2009 from 6-8 p.m.
